Jorden has helped co-found and lead two enterprise software companies. Most recently Jorden was the CEO/CTO/co-founder of Omniscape Corporation. Omniscape was an early stage startup developing a patent-pending, revolutionary software platform. This platform leveraged Microsoft's .NET framework for generating and operating on-line worlds at a fraction of the cost and time of existing technologies.

Prior to Omniscape, Jorden co-founded GlobalSight Corporation, a leading provider of globalization management systems (GMS). Jorden is recognized as a pioneer and leading authority on enterprise-class, content globalization technology and multilingual issues. Under his leadership GlobalSight was rated as one of the “Top 50 Private Companies in the World” by both the Red Herring and Upside Magazines and raised over $48 million in investment from the venture capital community. Also GlobalSight’s product received Computing Magazine’s coveted ‘Best eBusiness Application of the Year’ (2001).

As its initial CEO, Jorden closed the first key customer accounts with Cisco and GE and grew GlobalSight from 3 people to 75. He built and managed a world-class senior management team and organization in the areas of engineering, sales, marketing, finance, product marketing, professional services, and strategic consulting services. Jorden drove GlobalSight’s overall business strategy including go to market plan, product vision, company culture, and management initiatives generating revenues of over $1.5 million in two years. Jorden also oversaw GlobalSight’s global expansion, launching and overseeing the company’s European operations.

Jorden has over 15 years of technology experience in computer modeling, Internet technologies, and content globalization. He holds a bachelor's degree in astrophysics from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and a master's degree in physics from University of Washington. Beyond his native English, Jorden has high proficiency in Chinese and a basic understanding of Korean and French.
